Delete my data

You can wipe everything Anchor knows about you from inside the app. Open Settings → Forget Everything. This deletes your account, your imported chat history, your Reflect conversations, and your private Memory Bank from our servers. The action is irreversible and takes effect immediately.

If you can't reach the in-app control (lost device, can't sign in), email support@team-anchor.com from the address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

Lost my invite

Invites are issued by your partner from inside their app — Anchor doesn't have an admin tool to recover or reissue them. Ask your partner to open Anchor, go to Together → Invite, and send you a fresh invite link. Old links can be revoked and replaced at any time.

iMessage import help

iMessage history lives in a database on your Mac that iOS can't read directly. To bring it into Anchor, install AnchorImporter for macOS — a small notarized helper app that reads your iMessage thread with your partner, normalizes it, and uploads it to your Anchor account using the same secure pipeline as the iOS share extension.

AnchorImporter requires Full Disk Access (macOS will prompt you in System Settings the first time you launch it). It's distributed as a `.dmg` from team-anchor.com — not the Mac App Store, because the App Store sandbox blocks the iMessage database on purpose.

No ticketing system

We deliberately don't run a ticket portal at v0. Email is the only channel. If you don't hear back within two business days, please resend — your message may have been caught by a filter.
